Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is looking for a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage online communication with clients through various platforms - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Monitor client feedback and report insights to management - Develop innovative strategies to enhance online client engagement and satisfaction - Assist in the development and implementation of online client relations initiatives

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong passion for client relations - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients online - Ability to think creatively and demonstrate innovation in client relations strategies - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
