Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Vodafone Qatar is seeking an Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships in the online space, ensuring a positive customer experience and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media, to address their queries and concerns - Provide product and service information to clients and assist them in making informed decisions - Work closely with other departments to resolve client issues and escalate as necessary - Monitor online reputation and respond to client feedback in a professional and timely manner - Continuously research industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients - Negotiate with clients when necessary to reach mutually beneficial resolutions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in an online customer service environment - Resourceful and independent mindset to handle client issues creatively and efficiently - Strong research skills to stay up-to-date on industry developments and client needs - Excellent negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial agreements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
