Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Client Relations Representative to join our team at Mall of Qatar. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate is resilient, with strong research and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for online client inquiries and concerns. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving. 3. Assist clients with online booking, reservations, and other transactions. 4. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions. 5. Address and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. 7. Monitor and respond to client reviews and feedback on online platforms. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insightful recommendations for improving client satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Strong research and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
