Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Hilton is looking for a passionate and dedicated Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to online customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting clients with booking reservations and managing their accounts. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction. 4. Collaborating with internal departments to address customer needs. 5. Providing information about hotel amenities, services, and promotions. 6. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 8. Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
