Online Client Relations Specialist

As an Online Client Relations Specialist at Ezdan Holding Group, located in Doha, Qatar, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients through online platforms. Responsibilities: 1. Engage with clients through various online channels such as email, social media, and chat platforms. 2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a positive relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve services. 5. Update and maintain client database with accurate information and interactions. 6. Monitor online reviews and ratings, responding appropriately to maintain a positive online reputation. 7. Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for improvement. 8. Provide regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and trends to management.

Requirements: 1. 1+ year of experience in a client relations or customer service role preferred. 2. Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong research skills and critical thinking abilities. 4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
