Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Qatar Airways Cargo in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support to clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Monitor online client feedback and reviews - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs - Assist in developing strategies to improve online client experience - Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all client interactions

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
