Job Description - Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:


As an Online Client Relations Specialist at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and customers through online platforms. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive online reputation for the company.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various online platforms such as email, social media, and live chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to foster loyalty and trust - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience online - Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms to attract and retain customers - Develop strategies to increase online engagement and brand awareness - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1 year of experience in online client relations or customer service - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building relationships - Highly motivated and self-driven to achieve set goals - Strong organizational and planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box - Knowledge of social media platforms and online customer service best practices
