Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Starlink Qatar is seeking a reliable and driven Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients through online chat, email, and phone communication, providing timely and accurate information. 2. Manage client accounts, updating information and resolving any issues that arise. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently. 4. Process online orders and handle payment transactions. 5. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement. 6. Provide administrative support to the Client Service team, including data entry and document management. 7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices for client service.

Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in client service or customer support roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools. 6. Prior experience working in an online sales or e-commerce environment preferred.
