Online Client Service Assistant

United Development Company is seeking a dedicated Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in client services. The role will be part-time and offers benefits such as disability insurance, parental leave, and vision insurance.

As an Online Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients. Your primary duties will include responding to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, assisting clients with account management, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, processing orders, and providing general administrative support to the team.

To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients and be motivated to exceed their expectations. Strong negotiation skills and effective time management are crucial soft skills required for this position.
