Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Client Service Assistant to join our team at Sidra Medicine in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of creativity and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and efficient responses. 2. Assist clients with scheduling appointments, accessing services, and resolving issues. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online client service strategies. 4. Monitor online client feedback and reviews, and address any concerns or complaints. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service. 7. Support the overall goals and objectives of the client service department.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in online client service or a similar role. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively. 6. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 7. Persuasion and creativity soft skills. 8. Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools. 9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
