Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our online clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to online inquiries and providing information and assistance to clients - Managing client accounts and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate - Assisting with online transactions and processing payments - Troubleshooting any technical issues clients may encounter while using our online platform - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in online client service - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 4 years of experience in online client service or a similar role - Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic - Excellent time management and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
