Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Sidra Medicine is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for an individual with a minimum of 8 years of experience in client service management. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, adaptable, possess emotional intelligence, and have strong time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Managing and overseeing all online client service operations - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and engagement - Monitoring and analyzing client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless client service delivery - Providing training and support to team members to optimize performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve service offerings


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in healthcare or a similar industry is a plus
