Online Client Service Officer

Job Description: Al Shaqab is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Online Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via various online platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products and services, pricing, and availability - Assist clients with online purchases, payments, and account management - Monitor and respond to reviews, comments, and messages on social media platforms - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Energetic and resilient personality - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Project management skills - Emotional intelligence - Basic knowledge of online platforms and social media - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies - High school diploma or equivalent
