Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be reliable and energetic with strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence. As an Online Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Provide accurate information about Qatar Biobank services and procedures to clients. 3. Assist clients with online registration and scheduling appointments. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues with the online platform and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience. 7. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. 7. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients.
