Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Online Client Service Representative to join our team at Hilton in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels. 2. Assist clients with booking reservations, resolving issues, and providing information about our hotel facilities and services. 3. Manage and maintain client records and data efficiently and accurately. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate and timely information to clients. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance the client experience and boost revenue. 7. Handle client complaints and feedback effectively, demonstrating strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. 8. Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with clients and build strong relationships to foster loyalty.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and resourceful individual with a positive attitude. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online booking systems. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and handle challenging situations with grace. 7. Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues. 8. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
