Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Doha. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be resilient and hardworking with excellent soft skills in research and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients interacting with the company through online platforms - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and solve any issues or complaints effectively - Manage online client accounts and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate - Collaborate with other team members to improve the online client experience and increase client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to provide clients with the most relevant information - Assist in the development and implementation of new online client services and features

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Excellent research and decision-making skills - Proficiency in using online platforms and tools - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
