Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

RasGas Company Limited is seeking an Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience. The Online Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients via online channels such as email, chat, and social media to provide prompt and accurate information. 2. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in developing and implementing online customer service strategies. 6. Monitor online platforms for client feedback and escalate any issues as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. 8. Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team by meeting and exceeding performance targets.
