Online Client Service Specialist

The Online Client Service Specialist at Aspire Zone Foundation will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. This individual will be the main point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner through email, chat, and other online communication channels - Assist clients with account management, billing, and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online client service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3 years of experience in online client service or a similar role - Hardworking and dedicated attitude - Strong communication skills - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Experience with CRM software and online communication tools - Understanding and empathy in all client interactions
