Job Description:
United Development Company is seeking a Part-time Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance through online channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate. 3. Collaborate with other team members to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. 4. Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve processes. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of online client support strategies.
Requirements: 1. Independent and passionate individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong strategic planning skills to effectively prioritize and manage tasks. 3. Ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and internal team members. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency with online communication tools and platforms. 6. Experience in people management is a plus.
