Job Description:
Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to clients through chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist clients with booking, tracking, and managing their cargo shipments online - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction - Monitor online platforms for feedback and trends, and provide insights to improve customer experience - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding shipping rates, schedules, and regulations - Handle client complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism - Help clients navigate the online booking system and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide solutions to their problems - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client issues in a proactive manner - Proficiency in using online platforms and customer relationship management systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
