Online Client Support Associate

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Online Client Support Associate to join Katara Hospitality in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries promptly and professionally - Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with booking reservations, managing accounts, and resolving issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services - Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client support processes

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
