Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, Qatar. As the Online Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of online client support, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve online client support processes and systems - Manage a team of online client support specialists, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor online client support performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements to online client support processes - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in online client support to maintain a competitive advantage - Lead training and development initiatives for the online client support team to enhance their skills and capabilities - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution - Handle escalated client issues and provide support as necessary
