Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Qatar Airways is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, who is confident, resourceful, and possesses excellent time management and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Oversee online client support operations and manage a team of support staff - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online client support process - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 6+ years of experience in online client support or a similar role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of online customer service best practices
