Job Description:
As the Online Client Support Manager at Qatar Rail, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of online client support services. This includes managing a team of online client support representatives, ensuring timely and efficient responses to client inquiries, resolving escalated issues, and continuously improving the online client support process. You will also be responsible for analyzing client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
