Job Description - Online Client Support Officer


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Qatar Airways in Doha. In this part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for each interaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for online booking systems - Assist clients with navigating our website and online services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback - Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and policies - Assist in training new team members on online support procedures


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online support role - Strong adaptability and confidence in handling diverse client needs - Excellent decision-making skills and ability to take leadership in resolving client issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
