Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is seeking a dedicated Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. As an Online Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Assist online clients in navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. 3. Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with online clients. 5. Monitor online client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience. 6. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes and procedures related to online client support.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an Online Client Support Specialist or similar role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Reliable and able to make decisions efficiently. 6. Prior experience in presenting information to clients is a plus.
