Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with the IT department for resolutions. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience. - Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices.
