Job Description: BeIN Sports is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online channels. This role requires a reliable and energetic individual who excels in strategic planning and decision-making.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 3. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in an online contact center environment. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals. 6. Knowledge of sports and entertainment industry trends is a plus.
