Job Description:
BeIN Sports is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information. 3. Assist customers with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex customer concerns and ensure timely resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the contact center system. 6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations. 4. Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service software. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and occasional overtime as needed.
