Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


As an Online Contact Center Assistant at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information about our services and facilities.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online chat, email, and social media platforms - Provide accurate information about products, services, events, and promotions offered by Aspire Zone Foundation - Assist customers with online bookings, registrations, and payments - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate - Stay up-to-date on Aspire Zone Foundation's offerings and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred - Confident and dedicated personality with a positive attitude - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and offer solutions - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
