Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


BeIN Sports is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the Online Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the online contact center operations, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery through various online channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of online customer service agents to provide support and assistance to customers through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, increase customer engagement, and improve overall online customer service experience. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of the online contact center operations. 4. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and IT to ensure seamless online customer service operations. 5. Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the online contact center operations. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to enhance the overall performance of the online contact center.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in online customer service management. 3. Energetic and confident personality traits. 4. Strong cooperation and innovation soft skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software. 8. Knowledge of online customer service best practices and industry trends. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
