Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team at Sidra Medicine in Doha, Qatar. As the Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the online contact center operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for the online contact center to meet organizational goals and objectives - Manage and lead a team of online contact center representatives, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions - Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve the online contact center operations - Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a satisfactory manner - Oversee the development and implementation of online contact center policies and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - At least 6 years of experience in online contact center management - Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving results - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Driven and motivated to achieve organizational goals - Strong teamwork and persuasion skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online contact center software - Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes
