Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the online customer service operations for Qatar Airways Cargo.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of online customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer experience - Monitor and analyze online customer interactions and feedback - Ensure all online inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve online customer service issues - Train and mentor online customer service representatives - Implement and maintain online customer service standards and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 5 years of experience in online customer service management - Strong project management skills - Excellent decision-making abilities - Resourceful and hardworking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
