Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Doha. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual with excellent presentation skills and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes - Utilize data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer service - Contribute to the development of new strategies to enhance the online contact center experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using technology platforms for customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience in online contact center operations is a plus
