Job Description - Online Contact Center Officer


Job Description:


Ezdan Holding Group is currently seeking a motivated and driven Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Ezdan Holding Group - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience - Utilize strategic planning skills to develop effective communication strategies for online customer interactions - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet and exceed customer expectations - Uphold the values of equality and fairness in all interactions with customers and colleagues


Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a customer service role - Must be motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality - Experience in strategic planning and people management is a plus
