Job Description - Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


Ezdan Holding Group is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the contact center industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with orders. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 6. Negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries effectively. 7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
