Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Msheireb Properties is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident, creative, and possess skills in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about our properties, services, and promotions - Assist customers with online booking, reservations, and payments - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for further assistance - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
