Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Qatar Aeronautical College in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for handling online inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current students.


Responsibilities: - Responding to online inquiries from potential students regarding admissions, programs, and general information about the college - Assisting current students with any questions or concerns they may have via online chat, email, or phone - Providing accurate and timely information to ensure a positive experience for all individuals contacting the college - Collaborating with various departments to ensure comprehensive and consistent responses to inquiries - Keeping detailed records of all interactions and following up on any outstanding issues - Continuously learning about the college's programs and services in order to effectively communicate with students


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Adaptable personality and dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Soft skills in persuasion and adaptability - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred
