Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description: As an Online Customer Care Assistant at Qatar Steel Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to assist with online sales transactions, process orders, and handle any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and courteous manner - Assisting customers with online orders, product information, and shipping details - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers - Providing product recommendations and upselling opportunities to maximize sales - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Participating in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance customer service skills


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Hardworking and dedicated attitude - Presentation and persuasion skills - Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar - Must be fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
