Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online platforms in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction 3. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers 4. Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing returns 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers 8. Identify and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members for resolution

Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable with a strong work ethic 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to adapt to different situations and handle difficult customers with professionalism 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. High school diploma or equivalent
