Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Associate in Doha, Qatar. In this part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to help customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping information, and returns. - Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery. - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Strong negotiation skills and adaptability to handle various customer situations. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus. - Must be resourceful, energetic, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
