Job Description - Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


Vodafone Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Associate. In this part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clientele.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via online chat, emails, and social media platforms. 2. Providing accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Handling customer complaints and ensuring a timely resolution. 4. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Conducting research to provide customers with the most up-to-date information. 6. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with all customer interactions. 7. Contributing to the overall improvement of customer service strategies and processes. 8. Upholding company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers. 4. Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with colleagues across various departments. 5. Motivated and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse work environment.
