Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a motivated and passionate Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online customer care team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer care representatives to ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and coach team members to enhance their customer service skills. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and issues. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online customer care. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 8. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in online customer care management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software. 7. Experience in managing a team of customer care representatives. 8. Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus.
