Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Care Manager to join our team at Al Shaqab in Doha. As an Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online customer service operations of our company, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer care representatives to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace. 5. Innovation and creativity to develop new customer care strategies. 6. Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. Resilient personality to handle challenging customer interactions.
