Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Officer to join our team at Mall of Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to online customers, resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and communicate trends in customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online retail environment - Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with confidence and resilience - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively to provide solutions - Proficiency in negotiation to reach mutually beneficial outcomes with customers - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Basic knowledge of online ordering systems and customer management platforms
