Job Description:
As an Online Customer Care Officer at Qatar Airways, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with booking flights, managing their reservations, resolving issues or answering inquiries. Your primary focus will be to ensure a positive customer experience and build strong relationships with our online clientele.
Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, processing refunds, and resolving any issues that may arise - Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, fares, promotions, and company policies - Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively - Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in customer service - Strive to exceed customer expectations and promote customer loyalty through personalized interactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Resourceful and dedicated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Creative and research-oriented, able to find innovative solutions to customer issues
