We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Representative at Hilton in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience and a desire to work in a dynamic customer service environment online.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding hotel services, reservations, and policies. 3. Assist customers with booking reservations, making changes to existing bookings, and addressing any issues that may arise. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 5. Document all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions. 7. Stay up to date on hotel promotions, packages, and events to effectively promote to customers.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely. 2. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all customer interactions. 3. Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Energetic and positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation. 5. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service software. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
