Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


The Online Customer Care Representative at Qatar Foundation will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to online users, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position will primarily work remotely, engaging with customers through various online platforms.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Providing product information and assistance with online purchases - Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with the technical support team for resolution - Resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and improve customer service standards - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities for improvement in products or services based on customer feedback


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedication to providing exceptional customer care - Energetic and positive attitude - Strong presentation skills - Effective decision-making abilities
