Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and independent Online Customer Care Representative to join our team at Qatar Biobank in Doha, QA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. - Help customers navigate our website and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter. - Create and maintain customer records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience. - Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve the overall customer care process.


Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong planning and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers. - Hardworking attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
