Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


As an Online Customer Care Specialist at Qatar Aeronautical College, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online students. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive experience and to address any issues or concerns that may arise.


Responsibilities: - Respond to online student inquiries via email, chat, or phone promptly and professionally - Assist students with technical issues related to online learning platforms - Collaborate with other departments to resolve student concerns or complaints - Provide information and guidance on course offerings, enrollment procedures, and academic policies - Monitor student feedback and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on college policies and procedures


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and passionate about helping others - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online learning platforms
